Tucked away in a peaceful gated compound at the end of a quiet residential street, the house feels like a private oasis filled with birdsong. A newly renovated family park sits just across the street, while major freeways and some of LA’s most vibrant neighborhoods are only minutes away. You’ll also find plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars, cinemas, theaters, and comfortable places to work nearby. For time outdoors, Silver Lake Reservoir, Griffith Park, and the LA River are all within easy reach, offering wonderful options for walking, hiking, and cycling. The living room opens to the dining area and kitchen and includes a 55-inch smart TV, books and games. The full kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, toaster, Ninja blender, electric kettle and coffee maker, along with cookware, dishes and glassware. A faucet-mounted water filter is available for drinking and cooking. BEDROOMS Each bedroom has a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and/or extra storage unit. • Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a vintage gentlemen's chair. • Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and an extra chair. • Bedroom 3 has a full bed, work desk with a comfortable chair, corner windows on two sides and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. • For longer stays Bedroom 3 bed may be moved or removed by prior arrangement to create more room for a full office, nursery or playroom. ARRIVAL Self check-in is available after 4:00 p.m. We send general arrival information within 24 hours of check-in and the gate and door access details a few hours before arrival. After booking, we will ask for the license plate number of each vehicle using the gated parking. CLEANING For stays of 30 nights or longer, we recommend a professional clean every few weeks. You may use your own cleaner or ask us to arrange ours. We will agree on the timing and any cost in advance. GARDEN AND MAINTENANCE Outdoor maintenance may take place during the day when needed. We will let you know in advance. The team works outside only and does not enter the home. If the proposed timing is inconvenient, please message us. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. No parties or events. TRASH Guests are responsible for putting the bins out on Monday evening for early Tuesday collection and returning them on Tuesday. PETS One small dog may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. Please add the dog to the reservation so Airbnb can include the $300 pet fee. Service animals and other assistance animals are handled separately under Airbnb policy and applicable law. UTILITIES Water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi and trash are included.
