Set within a gated compound at the end of a quiet residential street, it is surrounded by birdsong and sits directly across from a newly renovated family park. Although the setting feels calm and tucked away, you are still just minutes from major freeways, lively LA neighborhoods, and a great selection of restaurants, bars, cafés, cinemas, theaters, and work-friendly spots. Silver Lake Reservoir, Griffith Park, and the LA River are also close by whenever you feel like walking, hiking, cycling, or simply spending time outdoors. The interior is curated, colorful and creative rather than staged. Details include a graffiti mirror created by a Los Angeles musician and artist. Work desks in Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 3 give two guests separate places to focus. ARRIVAL Self check-in is available after 4:00 p.m. We send general arrival information within 24 hours of check-in and the gate and door access details a few hours before arrival. After booking, we will ask for the license plate number of each vehicle using the gated parking. CLEANING For stays of 30 nights or longer, we recommend a professional clean every few weeks. You may use your own cleaner or ask us to arrange ours. We will agree on the timing and any cost in advance. GARDEN AND MAINTENANCE Outdoor maintenance may take place during the day when needed. We will let you know in advance. The team works outside only and does not enter the home. If the proposed timing is inconvenient, please message us. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. No parties or events. TRASH Guests are responsible for putting the bins out on Monday evening for early Tuesday collection and returning them on Tuesday. PETS One small dog may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. Please add the dog to the reservation so Airbnb can include the $300 pet fee. Service animals and other assistance animals are handled separately under Airbnb policy and applicable law. UTILITIES Water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi and trash service are included. Super King is about 4 minutes away, and Target and CVS are about 5 minutes away in off-peak traffic. GETTING AROUND The home includes two assigned off-street parking spaces behind the gate, next to or in front of the house. Additional free street parking is available outside the compound, subject to posted signs and availability. A bus stop is a couple of blocks away, Metro Micro serves the area, and Glendale Metrolink station is about a five-minute drive. The 2, 5 and 134 freeways are nearby. Travel times vary with traffic.
